I will help you determine what size you are. All you need to do is take your bust, waist and hip measurements and I will guide you to what dresses will work for you. While each designer has a different size chart, we have a standard bridal size chart that can be found on the following link:Standard Bridal Size Chart

What if my dress needs altered?

If your gown needs alterations, we can set up a virtual appointment to review what needs altered. All alterations are an additional cost and must be able to be reversible. 

How soon can I get my dresses to try on?

As long as all the gowns you want to try on are available, we can get them out to you within a week of placing your try on reservation! If you need your gowns expedited, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements for you!

What does it cost to rent a wedding gown?

Our gowns range from $200-$4,000 to rent. 

How are the gowns cleaned before they come to me?

All our gowns are sent to an all organic dry cleaners after each time they are sent out. 

How do I know what silhouettes will look good on me?

I will help you select the best silhouette for you! During our initial appointment we can discuss how you envision yourself walking down the aisle and what features of your body you'd like to show off. What if I like a dress online but it’s not my size?

If you found a gown you like that is not your size, let me know! I have exclusive inventory that is not online and will find you a gown very similar!

How soon will a consultant get back to me after I send an inquiry?

We do our best to get back to our customers within 24-48 hours. If you have not received a response within that time frame feel free to contact us again!

Do you have bridesmaid or mothers of the wedding dresses?

We do not currently have bridesmaid or mothers inventory for rent online. If you are interested in renting a bridesmaid or mothers gown let us know! We have exclusive inventory of both that is not on our website.

What if my gown needs pressed upon arrival?

We will send you specific instructions on how to steam your gown at home or you can take it to a local dry cleaners and they will press it for you.

What if I accidentally stain or damage my rental gown?

Each rental purchase must have rental insurance purchased with it. If the damage is beyond the rental insurance and non repairable, you will be charged the retail price for the gown. 

What if I love my rental gown and I decide to keep it?

If you decide you'd like to keep your gown after your wedding, we can arrange that for you! As long as the gown is not rented by anyone else, you can purchase it. 

How is renting our gowns environmental friendly?

We support and follow a sustainable fashion business model. By renting a gown, you are using less resources and decreasing waste. We hope this is our part to decrease waste that ends up in our landfills. Each gown is cleaned in organic dry cleaners using all natural solutions, decreasing the amount of toxic solutions that are put into our environment. After our gowns can no longer be rented, we do our best to either sell them, donate them, or use the fabric for new projects.

What conditions are these gowns in?

The gowns are new and never been altered. We rent each gown up to 3 times. After each gown is rented it is cleaned thoroughly and repaired.
